Casa Cook Kos

Join Jang-Ho Kim and Frank Bartl for a holistic yoga retreat designed to nourish the body and soul. Located in the lush tropical landscape of Casa Cook Kos, the curated program offers a range of different classes aimed at mobilising and strengthening the body and finding your inner zen.

Following the mantra “may all beings everywhere be happy and free”, Jang-Ho and Frank draw on over a decade of experience to provide a retreat that focuses on finding the centre of the storm - where we all can find peace and stillness. Classes range from healing hatha to energising vinyasa flow, drawing on a range of breathing and stretching exercises aimed at achieving inner and outer balance.

The retreat will be an intimate group with a maximum of 30 participants. There will be 2-3 sessions per day, held between 7:00 and 8:00 in the morning, 11:00 and 12:30 midday and 17:00-18:30 in the evenings. Classes are changeable according to your wishes. There’s plenty of time to relax in between, to enjoy the beach, immerse yourself in nature or just rest and soak up inspiration from the surroundings.

The retreat is suitable for all levels and will be taught in English. We have yoga mats, blocks, and belts, but feel free to bring your own. If you’d like, bring a shawl for warmth at the end of each asana practice and for meditation.

Yoga sessions during the week:

  • 6 x 60 minutes in the morning (7:00 and 8:00 am)
  • 6 x 90 minute during midday (11:00am and 12:30pm)
  • 5 x 90 minutes in the evening (17:00-18:00 pm)

Terms & Conditions: A minimum of 10 participants with confirmed bookings by 15.08.2019 are required, otherwise both parties have the right to cancel the retreat.
