Stretch, breathe, balance.  

Join us every day for morning and evening classes at our yoga shala. Our experienced teacher Helena has spent the last ten years discovering and teaching the healing power of yoga. In a tranquil courtyard or right on the beach, Helena encourages you to see yoga as so much more than simply performing asanas on a mat. Rather, yoga teaches us to be present, grounded and embrace change with an open heart and soul.

From healing hatha to strength-building vinyasa flow, Helena offers different yoga styles and adapts the practice to the needs and experience levels of the students. Classes are offered at 8.30 and 18.30 each day, and cost 20€ per person for a group lesson and 50€ for a private lesson.

Right next door to the yoga courtyard is our gym outfitted with premium NOHrd equipment. One of our friendly personal trainers is always on site and happy to offer support and advice. Or book a private session for a personalised routine and fitness boost.

We also offer experiences like horse riding on the beach, stand-up paddling, windsurfing and more. Please check our activities page or contact us personally for more information.
