Created under the watchful gaze of our Indian lead chef, Edwin Gomez, the menu features an exotic mix of local, Middle Eastern and Arabic flavours, as well as the chef’s own original Indian dishes — and of course some international classics to satisfy any and every craving.
Designed with a sense of community and togetherness in mind, the Kitchen Club serves as the communal hub during your stay. The food concept celebrates the idea of enjoying meals together as one big, loving family, with small plates designed – and encouraged – to share. So come one, come all, and taste a bit of the world.
