Salute to the sun

Early-risers are invited to start their days slowly with a salute to the sun on one of our shaded outdoor terraces, aptly named 'the sanctuary'. Hidden from the morning heat, our expert trainers and therapists will guide you through Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi and even sound healing, helping find your inner balance. And if you believe that mornings are for sleeping (we hear you), ease into your equilibrium later in the day by joining our aromatherapy class, every Tuesday at sunset. 

But it’s not all zen inhales and exhales here. We also have a haven for those free-spirits who can’t seem to sit still on a holiday. Shaded from the sun’s rays via a rattan roof, you’re invited to train outside in the summer breeze at our small outdoor gym. Featuring all the good stuff like bars, plates, dumbbells,TRX, squat racks, benches and power bands, you can keep up your usual fitness routine while far from home. And if you’re looking to take your workout to the next level, our personal trainer is on site and ready to push your limits from sunrise till afternoon, every day.
