It’s no secret that the Kitchen Club is the beating heart of Casa Cook. Here at North Coast, it’s no exception: it’s the all-day, all-night hangout where the bar, restaurant and salt water lagoon seamlessly merge. The concept is designed with a sense of community and togetherness in mind, where everyone is encouraged to try everything — and no dish is left unturned.
From healthy to indulgent
The carefully curated food menu boasts eclectic flavours from across the Mediterranean, like those from Italy and Greece, always made with the utmost quality ingredients, often imported directly from the source: choose from imported Italian burrata, local sea bass caught fresh from the Mediterranean Sea or broccoli and cauliflower tempura grown right here in Sahel (North Coast) — and top it off with a slice of baklava for two. For the slow, easy mornings, pick from eggs your way, fresh Greek yoghurt and granola or even an authentic French croissant, along with the chef’s healthy shot of ‘power juice’ — free for all guests, every morning.
Local. Seasonal. Fresh.
No matter the time, it is always a good idea to head over to our Kitchen Club bar – not only the view over the lagoon and the Mediterranean sea is otherworldly but also our well balanced drinks menu featuring classics like the Champagne Cocktail, locally inspired drinks such as the North Coast Martini or something a bit funkier like our Basil Peach Sling with homemade hibiscus flower water. This tasty, locally inspired drinks concept has been designed in close collaboration with Berlin-based mixologist David Wiedemann - so whatever you decide, you’re destined to be coming back for more.
