
Thalassa: An Aegean Gastronomy Night
Every Tuesday evening, the Olive Restaurant becomes the setting for Thalassa, a seven-course celebration of Greek hospitality, Aegean flavours and the sea that surrounds Rhodes.
Across seven courses, Thalassa explores the flavours of the Aegean through locally inspired seafood dishes, seasonal ingredients and refined Mediterranean techniques. Expect everything from delicate tartares and saffron-infused broths to lobster risotto and fresh local fish, ending with a light, citrus-led dessert inspired by the island.
